BookTalk! Yes, it really happened.

All right. So, May was a while ago but since I've been doing crazy amounts of novel writing my blog has been sadly remiss, so I'm trying to catch a few important posts, and this is one of them.

In May I was at Athens public library where the awesome YA librarian, Laura, (top left corner in the above photo, the one who looks really smart) organized the book talk. I've never done a book talk before, and the last book talk I saw was when Porter Rockwell came out by that one author. What is his name? Anyway, Not Yorgensen, because he specifically said he was not Yorgensen because they're bishops and he's more cussing and stuff. Wow, this is eloquent. So I had no idea what I was doing, but did that stop me? Of course not!

So, we started with people coming in, filling out the form to figure out what their blood type was, and then we moved on to a general explanation of my world, (which took forever because my world is incredibly complex) and then I read two super great scenes, the smashing scene and the tango scene, and then we watched the video, and then I answered questions, and then we drew for the t shirts, (from left to right: Cool, Hollow, Weird, Hotblood, and Wild) and my friend Alissa won(far left), and ta da! The end. We took up all the time and the people had to kick us out.

I have no idea if I did a good job, but I had a marvelous time. Oh! My outfit was so fantastic, stunning, that kind of thing. I should do a post on just my outfit, except then I'll get caught up on doing fashion posts and get into trouble with myself.
